Thank you for your comments. This winter the building has been repairing the central heating. The air conditioning with heat pump in the flat can be used and we have radiators in the office in case it is needed.

Más que mejorar, hay que tener en cuenta que por la tarde a partir de las 17.30 o así no da el sol en las piscinas ni en la hierba, por lo menos a finales de agosto y septiembre.
