General conditions

In case of cancellation or modification, the following conditions will be applied:

- If you cancel the booking 30 days before check-in, you lost 0% of the prepaid.

- If you cancel the booking between 1 month and 8 days before check-in, you lost 50% of the prepaid.

- If you cancel the booking between 7 days before check-in and the day of the check-in, you lost 100% of the reservation.

In case of not coming (NO SHOW), the tourist will lose 100 % of the reservation.

No REFUNDS will be issued if the customer voluntarily cancels the services before the end of their stay.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company may provide the customer with alternative accommodation of the same or higher standard, without any refund being due to either party.
