In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:

- If you cancel the booking 30 days before check-in, you lost 0% of the prepaid.

- If you cancel the booking between 1 month and 8 days before check-in, you lost 50% of the prepaid.

- If you cancel the booking between 7 days before check-in and the day of the check-in, you lost 100% of the reservation.

In case of not coming (NO SHOW), the tourist will lose 100 % of the reservation.

No habrá ABONOS si el cliente desiste de los servicios voluntariamente antes de cumplida su estancia.

MODIFICACIONES POR PARTE DE LA EMPRESA

En el caso de que por causas imprevistas y no imputables a la empresa, el alojamiento no pudiera ser ocupado, la empresa podrá a disposición del cliente otro alojamiento de igual o superiores características sin reembolso por ninguna de las partes.
